Ordering Info

Please include as much detail as possible when placing an
order such as concepts color accent, color (s) 
color (silver, gold, etc.), styles and exact wording as they as we copy
and paste exactly as you provide in the order slight modification to the
details only allowed within 7 days of purchase if you have a color swatch,  inspiration (s) certain characters, etc., please
upload it or send it via e-mail with your order to info@designsbyporter.com.

Once that is man phase has begun, no information from the
order can be changed. No exception explanation we will design using all the
details provided and submit proofs for your review and approval to the e-mail
account used on the order.

Please triple check the e-mail address being used to place
your order as that will be the only e-mail, we will use to communicate. Please
make sure it's a valid e-mail.  Please

Photo Submission

If you have design of the project will or business local,
you can upload it to your order or you can e-mail a JPEG or PDF file in high
quality to info@designbyporter.com with your order number. If your order number
is not included in your e-mail, we will be unable to locate it.

Please do not crop or edit your photos before sending it.
The following photos are not accepted crop photos, photo of a photo, filtered, save
photos from social media, screenshots are not permitted Designs by Porter
creation will not be held responsible in poor quality and low-resolution images
submitted.

1. **Shipping Methods:**   We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days, while expedited shipping delivers within 2 days.
